My eldest daughter’s birthday was celebrated with her cousins and grandmothers and aunts. Being a winter birthday citrus is in season so the chosen birthday cake was an Orange & Almond cake…also a recipe of our famous friend Ni who invented Ni’s Million Dollar cake….
